Lindsi Gabler Designs: Master Bathroom Paint Color

Philosophy

I believe that your home should be your sanctuary and shouldn't have to cost you a lot of money. You should feel safe and comfortable in your home. My personal motto in my own house,"I want to feel like a blanket is wrapped around me in every room I go into". There is nothing more comforting to me than a soft blanket wrapped around me (that is probably why I am always buying throw blankets to go in every room). My home is all done in warm colors to create that feel for me. Your colors and textures may be different than mine and that is perfectly fine, but I think that we all agree that the goal is to feel safe and comfortable, our own personal sanctuary, in our home.

Master Bathroom Paint Color

I have been getting a lot of people wanting to know the paint color I used in our master bathroom.

The color is Fresh Baked Pumpernickel GL030 from Glidden at Home Depot. I am not a huge fan of the Glidden brand so I had them mix it up in a Behr brand paint with a Satin finish. Some people like more sheen on their walls so you can go with a glossier finish but I wouldn't go lower than a satin.

I promise I am still here and alive but we have been SO incredibly busy with quilt making, beadboard hanging and everything that goes with that that I honestly have not had time to get pictures posted of things lately. Stick with me and I will get some posted hopefully soon of some projects I have been doing and have done but haven't posted about.

Sometimes, what is unlikely to be combined will create a perfect harmony of colors that will fit on the area you want to paint at. When I had my house painted, I had a hard time picking the right color for, that is why I laid out all the color I like and used the process of elimination to find the best one, then I called the contractors for an exterior painting (Alexandria, VA located) project, since I can't do it on my own.
